After another short stay in the Luisenhospital, I must say that it is a great hospital. The staff really cared for me as a patient, a person and someone who needed help. My Deutsch is not the best, but they all took time to listen to me and understand what I had to say. A doctor came to see me on Sunday, and again on Monday before I was released. Whenever I need it I will choose Luisenhospital.

Lousy service, I have been waiting for more than 3 hours in pain for an x-ray and evaluation of my foot after an accident. They still do not attend me and in addition, due to their incompetence they charged me 300 euros that did not correspond to my insurance. Now they say they will refund me in 3 or 4 weeks.

We came here for my friend who was really in pain with her stomach, and just wanted to get a visit with a gastroenterologist and get some medications. The assistants treated us really bad, discriminating us because we couldn’t speak German. Really embarrassing! The couldn’t even speak a word of English, really shameful!
The only people who treated us well were the gynecologists on the third floor.
Never coming back to this place, if you need to be cured, go somewhere else…or cry!

I went to luisenhospital emergency room when i was very sick. I had fever and couldn’t even stand. They told me i had to wait 6 hours. I was told to go to some other room, there was a cleaning lady there and she scolded me and my friend then locked the door and there was noone that could help us. I immediately left after all this.

I went to the emergency room with very serious complaints of chest pain and issues breathing .instead of admitting me they told me that I should just go to the KV. I listened to their advice however the reception for the KV was so rude and inhumane to me and made me feel very out of place for having come there in the first place even though it's their job to take the patients seriously . I left shortly afterwards and went to Uniklinik where they took my complaints very seriously and told me that I had to be hospitalized for at least a week. The doctors at Uniklinik told me that I could have really injured myself if I hadn't come to the hospital.

Deep appreciation for the emergency care and all the patience, energy and professional support you have for the patients! Felt treated like a human and got good care there.
Thank you so much! 🙏🏼

The emergency department was the worst experience I've had. I encountered an unqualified dermatologist—I still remember her name. She was a petite, blonde, young woman who discharged me with an antiallergy prescription without conducting any diagnosis, including blood tests or any other kind of test. I left with my arm severely swollen and in a lot of pain. That night, I had to go to the University Hospital because the condition worsened, and they admitted me for two weeks with cortisone injections. The diagnosis was not at all what the unqualified dermatologist from the previous hospital had assumed. The antihistamine caused a serious issue by interacting with other medications I was taking, and she was aware of this. Essentially, she is the worst, a lazy and unqualified doctor who should return to university and study medicine again. I believe she does not deserve to work as a doctor. I could file a lawsuit against her, considering this might not be her last mistake.

"0 stars" is what it deserves... The emergency department is worst, they made me wait for 5 hours and still it was not my turn yet to be treated. Does these people even know the meaning of emergency? The nurses/doctors were so rude they told me to get lost if I cannot wait and they also lost my insurance card. Worst experience of my life. If you are in medical field it is better you understand the pain the patient will be in or else quit medical field at once.
